Yeah!

i am back!

for the past few days i went malaysia to "Sao Mu"

before that i got into a BIG TROUBLE!

As you know i am workin in num as a Customer Service Admin

i actually completed alot of local numplus alrdy...

so i was processing with overseas de numplus...

i actually quite fed up with most handwriting ...

so i decided to send emails to all the overseas customers as to confirm their address...

so as i SEND TO all the customers...

2days later...

there was this VERY VERY BIG Position Character in Hong Kong

He is the Head of Channel V in Hong kong

which is part of Startv...

you can go google to find out what is startv and from there you link to Channel [V]

sound very important character hor?

so what actually did happen...

this guy reply me back and say

"blah blah"

This part cannot be posted...

something quite serious...

so i told my superior about it ...

he seem to get very "fan nao"

aiya... after all this i just send apology letter to say sorry...

but i also stoned the almost the whole day concerning over this

...

i learnt my lessons and learnt new things...

haha i am glad i am in num working as admin...

becuz i get to learn marketing becuz i am in charge by my superior which is marketing department...

if i go retail..

i will be in charge by operation something de... lol

then i will get to learn retails stuff...

sound like i taking 2 diploma ...

ok la...

thats all la..

num is having a sales at expo at 9april..

so i wanna go down and have a look .. who wanna go?
