Wednesday, May 27, 2009 i want to die already la... so tired sia training for canoeing...
when i reach home still cannot sleep got rj to do, so i have to myself awake man.. and that is already not an easy task.. today i got understand test, and after the understanding test straight away rush to training waaaa laaooo ... it seem like every training they want to at least kill one person than happy la the training is damn tired la... ok la let me define tired, which most people misunderstood about being tired... one common type of tired like everybody mentioned in their facebook etc... that type of tired is your "Jing Shen" not really mean tired... so stop saying that you are tired like you as if you really that tired... truly tired is those kind of people so tired until standing also can sleep like me la... the training for last week was so tired that when i reach home "STRAight away drop" and the next day got ut i just dun care and sleep and i forgot about setting alarm too that day almost late sia... and what cause all this tired is when you train too much "physically" not mentally ... quite disturbing to see people to type tired.. when they haven't been through the toughest pain like doing push-ups for thousand times... 35 pull-ups 2.4km run many more... or even ton for straight 5 nights without sleep all this pain and tireness was damn jia lat... doing homework ar, planning things ar all this was like everybody have to been through de... and they think like they were the only one who is tired... |
